Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet has urged all, especially the youth, to stop all gang acts.
Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet made the appeal while presiding over the inauguration ceremony of achievements in the Buddhist Cultural Centre of Cambodia in Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province this morning.
‘Please be strong and study hard, but don’t be strong in violence and motorbike racing …’, he said, asking competent authorities to take action against gang acts.
Early this week, at least 70 youths have been arrested and charged with aggravated intentional violence and possession of unauthorised weapons.
