The buffer zone of Pu Huong Nature Reserve (Nghe An) has more than 120 villages in 16 communes of 5 districts, of which 90% of residents are Thai ethnic people. Locals are busy harvest the spring rice crop using manual harvest methods to preserve the biodiversity and landscape of the nature reserve.
